Our Approach to Workshops and Trainings
We believe that the more people who have access to real skills, the safer and more connected our communities become. Our workshops are grounded in trauma-informed care, not just in content but in how the learning itself is designed. That means emotionally safe spaces, practical tools, and an approach that works for people who haven't always felt at home in traditional learning environments. We offer in-person trainings in the London, Ontario area and workshops across Canada virtually.

Trauma lives in the body and the brain long after the moment has passed. This 90-minute introductory workshop offers a grounded, accessible look at how trauma shapes the nervous system and shows up in everyday life. Whether you're here to better understand yourself, support someone you care about, or build foundational knowledge for the work you do, this is a good place to begin.

Trauma-Informed Debrief Strategies: Reinforcing Psychological Safety Through Peer Approaches
Frontline work is hard, and the people doing it are regularly exposed to stories, situations, and losses that don't just disappear at the end of a shift. This 90-minute workshop builds practical knowledge and tools for peer-to-peer debriefs that reduce retraumatization and the impact of vicarious and secondary trauma. The goal is workplace cultures where people actually feel supported after difficult experiences.
