Jordan Boyd
Hello and welcome!
I’m a Registered Social Worker who believes that healing happens in safe, genuine relationships. My work is rooted in the idea that people are not problems to be fixed, but humans with stories, strengths, and parts of themselves that deserve care and understanding. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to show up and look inward. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and begin to reconnect with yourself in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.
Much of my work focuses on trauma, emotional overwhelm, and the ways our past experiences continue to shape how we move through the world. I draw from trauma informed, relational, and parts based approaches, and I believe strongly in meeting people exactly where they are. Therapy with me is thoughtful, honest, and collaborative. We might explore patterns, make room for hard feelings, untangle old narratives, and sometimes even laugh at the wonderfully human messiness of being alive. Healing is serious work, but it doesn’t have to be heavy all the time.
Alongside my therapy practice, I am passionate about supporting healthier communities through education, leadership development, and trauma informed consulting. I’ve spent many years working in community mental health and supportive housing, and that experience continues to shape how I think about care, resilience, and the systems we live within. Whether I’m sitting with someone in therapy or working with organizations, my hope is always the same: to help people and communities grow in ways that are thoughtful, compassionate, and grounded in real human connection.
